Load Editor with windows vs. Load Editor

LEw (Load Editor with windows) is a fully-graphical version of the Load Editor which is available with GHS and BHS, and is the essential interface used by GLM. The table below lists the features of LEw that are new or enhanced relative to the standard Load Editor.
